TESTIMONIALS

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

★★★★★

I highly recommend Visalia Flooring! They are under new ownership located near Milan on Mooney. Cruz Lopez, one of the owners installed my bedroom floors a couple years ago. I found Cruz López via this Nextdoor app. His pricing was phenomenal and his work was impeccable. He helped me out with a 24 hour SOS when others were not available and their prices were ridiculously higher. We ordered the floors from them and it is beautiful, amazing warranty and the customer service is better than any others out there. Everyone that sees the floors is impressed. I highly recommend Visalia Flooring. Call and get a quote, go check out their showroom and sit back and enjoy your space be transformed. They are accommodating and work with your schedule and budget. They don’t over promise and under deliver like others do.

Mr. Lopez and his crew did an amazing job with my flooring. I am beyond happy with the work they did. He was very professional, honest and easy to talk to. He came out and quoted me right away and then got to work within a week. I had multiple quotes from many other Visalia companies including Lowe’s and Visalia Flooring was the most reasonable. There was some back end expense, but if you’re having carpet replaced that is to be expected. I definitely recommended them to anyone needing flooring and will use them again in the future.

FAQS

What is the difference between hardwood and engineered hardwood flooring?

Hardwood flooring is made from solid planks of wood. Engineered hardwood flooring is made with a plywood core and a thin veneer of hardwood on top. Hardwood flooring is more expensive than engineered hardwood flooring, but it is also more durable and can last for many years. Engineered hardwood flooring is less expensive than hardwood flooring, but it is not as durable and may need to be replaced sooner.

What is the best way to clean and maintain my carpet?

The best way to clean and maintain your carpet is to vacuum it regularly and have it professionally cleaned once a year to uphold your warranty. When vacuuming your carpet, be sure to use a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar to remove dirt and dust from the fibers. When having your carpet professionally cleaned, be sure to choose a reputable company that uses a cleaning method that is appropriate for your type of carpet.

What is the best way to protect my floors from water damage?

The best way to protect your floors from water damage is to have an underlayment installed. We add this to all flooring orders. Although all flooring we offer is now waterproof, avoid letting spills and leaks sit for large amounts of time. You can also protect your floors from water damage by placing mats and rugs in high-traffic areas and by sealing your floors regularly.
